A Phone Call That Matters

On my last post, I discussed with you my experience at Healthway Shang, on this post I will share our experience at Healthway Robinson’s Place (Ermita).

We availed of the “passage to manhood” package of the clinic for P3.5k. We scheduled our son way ahead for a 1:30 circumcision. Since we are late by 15 mins because of parking problems, the doctor took his lunch first. We waited for about 20 mins, but we are to blame.

We were attended to properly, but I was asked to stay outside the operating room. The doctor took time to explain to us how to go about the post circumscision procedure. When I talked to my son, he said he was made comfortable inside and he felt no pain except the administration of anesthesia.

What I appreciated the most is the phone call we received after a week to check if everything is ok. This one, compensates for shortcomings I experienced at Shang. They sure put premium on relationship, and with this, I will give them a thumbs up review.

Better Service To Compensate for Higher Fuel Price?

I found this news article worth blogging: Fuel Prices Up, So Is Gas Station Service

With gasoline prices on the up trend again. (Oops, the giant three just announced a P 1.00 roll back), gasoline stations are attempting to attract or retain motoring customers with their kind of service. Gas boys would normally offer to wash your windshield and to water your radiator. Should your tire needed more air, these boys are more than ready to assist you. Competing stations would offer  instant rebates and/or mini raffle to win a small price, or offer a miniature car for a fee.

But in my opinion, the best service ever is by selling cheaper pump prices. I became a loyal customer of Shell station at F Blumentritt and Petron station at P. Guevarra, both are located as San Juan City. They sell fuel products by 2-3 pesos cheaper.

Your service is appreciated, but we need more gas from our peso, ha ha.
