PLDT Land Line Plus All Call

This is a short review of my experience on PLDT’s LL+ All Call. I availed of this product to make my online store reachable to readers.

Here’s my experience when applying

  1. I went to a PLDT business center twice but they ran out of SIM.
  2. I saw a PLDT  booth inside a mall and decided to apply. Applying is easy because they will just verify your records, and they will give you your SIM. Requirement is a photocopy of your ID.
  3. Purchase of phone is optional. Price of phone is from P 1k to 2.3K
  4. Activation of the SIM took about 4 days

Usage feedback

  1. PLDT SIM can be used in an open line or even on “Smart” locked cell phones.
  2. Automatically dropping calls every 10 minutes.
  3. NDD/IDD is not pre-activated.

I called 171 several times but the peeps there can’t seem to answer my concerns. Until one CS staff advised me to call the landline plus hotline at 101328. After my conversation with the LL+, I was able to confirm the following:

  1. NDD/IDD is not preactivated. To avail of this feature, you have to personally visit PLDT’s business center and submit a financial document
  2. For incoming calls, the system is programmed to drop the call every 10 minutes. Outgoing calls are supposedly not programmed for this. But based on my experience, calls are dropped even on outbound calls.
  3. Indeed convenient, signal is not a problem

pldt ll+ internet@home sucks!!!!for how many times;for 15days we called but the response are all the same to our complaint. we have good signal but poor internet connection.suddenly on the 16th day we have a internet connection but it is weak and it runs only UMTS which is sucks.our modem runs HSDPA.. . they dont even have a concern to work for it to improve our connection,we heard no feedbacks…as the technical service said to return our calls.. .they didnt even update us for whats happening.PLs reply our complaints and be honest for the follow-ups whenever we call.
