Teaching Kids To Be Godly
Yesterday was the last of our church’s activity for kids, before school opens on June. It was a whole day of fun, creativity, and grounding of the kids to the word of God. Our local church have specialized ministry for specific age group, and/or interests (professionals; entrepreneurs) to teach the word according to their needs, children included.
As parent, though we are responsible for raising our kids to be godly, we partner with the local church on this endeavor. Thru this, we hope to provide our kids not only with the correct doctrine and environment, but with the necessary encounter with the living God. They grew up with the blessings already there, and they don’t have the first hand experience of how God brought the blessing.
Good doctrine without the encounter with the living God is a dead religion.
